Wasn't What I Wanted July 14, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I wanted the one without straps sense I had heard there was so many problems with them, but for whatever reason I got this one instead. The prolems with the straps are true and I am no longer using them. Other then that it is good as far as price, workout, and a good stepper. I am about 180lbs, just had a baby, and this was recommended to me to help get my weight off sense going to a gym at this stage isn't something I can do. I am confident this plus, good diet, and my weights I use at home will get back in shape.
i dont recommend it May 31, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful

Keep on Steppin'! April 6, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
A bit on the heavy side at twenty pounds, but it is sturdy and the ease of movement of the pedestals assures an addictive workout.
Straps are downright dangerous March 19, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
My girlfriend bought this product, and literally the first time she used it, the straps broke and the whip literally hit her in the face. Luckily it was a glancing blow to her cheek and not her eye, the red mark it left was gone pretty quickly.
Seeing as how the straps are supposedly an important part of the total workout, I'd say that severely damages the value of this product.
She refused to return it however, claiming she didn't care that she didn't have the straps so I guess she enjoys it, she still uses it as a stepper to this day.
Another thing I noticed is the smell of burning rubber it gives off after seeing heavy use, it was especially strong early on and may have lessoned over time or we got used to the smell.
Excellent work-out, easy to use and store. March 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a great product for a crowded home. It is stable, well built, easy to use. The arm bands give you a surprisingly good workout, when used with the stepper.
This is geared for persons up to 250 pounds. I had an earlier model geared for people up to 225, and after 5 years of use the cable broke. This one seems a slight bit sturdier, but at the price, if this only lasts 5 years I am well ahead!
