 Amazing and inexpensive December 2, 2008
I love this pull-up bar. The bar is very secure, and I weigh 200 lbs. I really like the three different grips and the ease of set-up and take-down.

This is such a cool product I just have one question:
How did I not invent this myself?!
I recommend it for anyone who wants to improve his/her upper body strength and fitness.

I was looking for a way to get this kind of an upper body workout without having to permanently mount a pull-up bar in my apartment... and this product did the trick! It's a great product... does, for the most part, just what it says it does. The only issue would be that it is not really practical for the tricep dips like it says it is.

This is definitely a good work out can feel it in my arms, shoulders, and upper abs. I give 5 stars for the pull up bar and subtract one because the ab straps are difficult to use effectively.

While this is a quality product, the other review saying the door jamb must measure 5.5 to 6 in. (14-16 cm) is correct. Sadly returning it due to 8" thick doorways, and one star for no way to adjust the bar.
