 Defective, perhaps criminally so November 18, 2008

Firstly, this does not fold. Next, while exercising, simple jumping jacks, one of the straps on the bottom broke. This fabric strap holds a piece of metal to which the springs attach. When the strap ripped off, I nearly killed myself as my foot fell through the hole and I fell forward. I had allowed my children to jump on this and now I am simply thankful it broke on my and not them.

one of the other reviewers said to get an adult trampoline for half the cost of a kids version. Genius! this took 30 seconds to put together, pull out the trampoline and screw on the legs. Done. it doesn't have the super spring that the kids version has b/c it has to hold 250 pounds so when they jump on it they do not go as high which is fine with me. who wants their kids breaking their neck! plus there is no handle so it is better that they don't go so high, but it is very durable. my kids also just sit on it with a pillow and watch TV. all in all very happy with.

This puzzled me because the specs say this trampoline folds, and one of the reviews says it does not fold. I have asked Amazon to tell me if this Stamina model 35-1630 folds and Amazon could not answer my question. I then contacted Stamina, they said the model 35-1630 does NOT fold, so these product details and specs are misleading and wrong. There is however another stamina model which does fold, namely model 35-1650.

I bought this for a friend who was bored with other forms of cardio and needed a new way to do cardio. When I took it to her house she and I both tried it, and was amazed at how much fun it is. I read reviews on the more exepensive trampolines only to discover the reviews for this one were better so that's the reason I bought this one. My friends' husband had a hip replacement yrs ago so this is a great way for him to do cardio without compression on the bones of his hip.

No problems with product wonderful basic stock trampoline. I can't use it as I am over suggested weight limit but the wife and kids use it often.
