The back actually has 7 positions because the back brace can be put directly on the bottom of the back frame. This is the one to get. The leg pad is in a great location to help you get back up from the bench, you can actually hook your legs behind it. I do not know why other benches even bother putting the leg pad on their bench because it is located off in outer space where it cannot be used. Everything adjusts quick and fast. The seat is high quality. I bought something like this at dicks and took it back. I feel this has an edge on the bowflex benches.

I was looking for a weight bench that was very versatile with my free weights but that would also be very durable. That is what i got with my purchase. I ordered on a monday night and got it on thursday. The instructions were simple and easy to put together. it is low to the ground for great leverage and you can adjust to flat, incline, and decline with ease. Also the price was very reasonable. Definately satisfied with my purchase on Amazon.
