You can't go wrong with this! November 13, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
For the price and size of this; not to mention the simplicity!!-you just can't go wrong!! I haven't even tried the DVD that came with it, I've just gotten ON it! While trying to keep my balance, (on one leg, or sitting) I do a variety of things--leg lifts, knee to chest--or while sitting, I try to maintain a 'V' with my legs and uppper body. I can FEEL my muscles working, even if I'm just standing on one leg! As I've gotten older, I don't seem to be as coordinated, and this is really helping. I highly recommend it. Just try different positions, balance yourself, and try to do it for several minutes a day. It does a world of good!
$17.99 look for the needle October 19, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I finally found the needle. It was stuck to the tape holding the cd to the packaging. This is a quality piece of rubber and I didn't find any surprise production errors.
Not enough instructions October 3, 2007 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I got it out of the box and it was sort of deflated. There were no instructions other than a DVD that just shows you how to do certain exercises. I got a metal inflatible piece but am stumped on how much it should be filled up? Also is there a weight limit? It didn't say that either. It is a challenge to balance on it and I do think my balance will improve..but will take a lot of time. I tried the exercises and they are too hard even for me and I've been doing martial arts for 10 months. I don't think it is good for beginners. Just my opinion. This is why I gave it a low score. I am a bit disappointed as it was rated so highly.
Just as described June 28, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Great for what it is - nice to sit on and/or for a simple workout at home. Seems solidly constructed and supports me on one or two feet, with weights.
