This is very easy to put together, very compact and very quiet. You will feel a surprising amount of burn in your thighs and rear. If you're already in fantastic shape, you probably won't be thrilled with it, but if you're a little out of shape or just beginning an exercise program then you'll really like this. It's very easy to use while watching TV also.
