I like this balance stepper April 6, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I think this is a good product. I certainly feel like I am getting a workout and it only takes about 10 minutes. I hold weights while I use it which makes me feel like I'm getting more out of the workout. My only complaints would be that the weight limit is less than 200 lbs. so my husband can't use it and also I was under the impression there were 2 ways to use it since it is called Bilateral. As far as I can tell there is only one use. Overall I like it; it's a good value and light enough to move around. I feel like I am strengthening my legs in just 10 minutes a day and that's tough to beat. I would purchase this again.
Thanks, but no thanks... April 5, 2008 I bought this product because I liked the idea of side to side motion. The first time I used it, I did get a decent cardio going but was not impressed with the overall machine. It's very had to keep a good rhythm going because the height doesn't seem to be high enough. I was constantly hitting bottom and found it almost impossible to use the resistance bands that came with it. The machine started making a squawking noise shortly after I started using it, so I packed it up and returned it to the local store I bought it from.
Not a bad stepper March 6, 2008 The only thing I don't like with this machine is the the maximun height it can be adjusted to. It is just too low even when adjusted to the maximun height. So you spend more time worrying about trying not to hit the bottom instead of having a good workout
Great product if you don't have a lot of space. January 24, 2008 8 out of 11 found this review helpful
I have only used it once, but it seems great. I felt like I got a really decent workout and I am a marthon runner. This is a different kind of motion for me so I'm sure that made it harder, but it's sufficient even if you're in decent shape. It seems very study. It is quiet and compact. I will definitely update my review if it breaks anytime soon or anything like that. Also, Thank you Amazon! This product shipped extremely fast. It was here two days after I ordered it. And I did a pretty extensive search and couldn't find a better price (item+shipping) for the same or a similar stepper.

The balance stepper is exactly what I wanted - quiet, small, inexpensive and a real workout.
