Product Description The Swaba Stepper is an ingeniously compact design - one of the smallest types of exercise equipment you can buy! This rockin little machine efficiently uses your own body weight to give you great results - just by stepping back and forth! Don't let the looks of this little machine fool you - it can give you an impressive workout. Some of the most powerful (and most addictive) exercises are about balance - as with surfing, skateboarding and skiing! This machine incorporates the principles of low-impact exercise with aerobic conditioning... just step right on and start rocking! This item ships via UPS. Please let us know if it will be a residential delivery or delivery to a business (we need to fill this out on the UPS slip). Thanks!

The swaba stepper is a good product concept. Very difficult to use with tiny rug/mat provided. It tends to bunch it up. I am using it with a larger rubber mat but it still moves around too much. It limits the amount of time you can spend exercising without having to stop and reposition it. It would be a great product if there was some way to keep it in place.
Swaba Stepper - Slimly Awesome!! March 11, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I ordered the Swaba Stepper because Tony Little was out of the "Rock and Roll" stepper. Let me tell you....it's the same machine, does the same thing (rocks and rolls) and provides great results. Since this machine does not come with an instructional video, I strongly suggest you purchase the Tony Little's Rock and Roll Stepper DVD, as I did. 4-5 minutes a day is all you need. It's worth the investment!!!
Great value for your money February 9, 2008 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
I love this little thing. I got it about 4 days ago so I can't tell you exactly my results, but I do like it! It is actually fun to get on and go. I don't follow any plan (yet) so I've just been jumping on it when I have a minute. When I'm flipping through a magazine, or watching tv, I can just step on this thing and work up a sweat in the meantime. It is actually fun so I consider it more play than work. It's also very portable (another reason why I got it). The main reason I got this was to build my leg muscles and footing balance for skiing, but am finding that it is too stable to challenge my balance (they didn't really stress this part of the machine anyway). Something I find important to note, as I'm using it, it "travels" accross the carpet ever so gradually, and the rubber wheels made some dark spots on my white carpet (bummer) so you'll want to put some larger protection under it until the new rubber gets a little older.
nice little stepper December 27, 2007 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
space efficient. wish the 'pedals' were positioned a little wider to enhance ability to balance. fun once you get going. good value for the price.
