Amazon.com Product Description Take your daily core workout and turn it up a few degrees with the Best Fitness BFHYP10 total core trainer. Fusing two of the most popular core workouts--ab crunches and back hyper-extensions--the trainer keeps your most important core muscles strong and tight. The BFHYP10 is outfitted with a six-position hyper-extension support that lets you work comfortably from a standing or angled position, along with a three-position lower leg support. Together, the supports help you build the abdominal muscles that are crucial to maintaining lumbar spine strength and fortify the back muscles to create a healthy and pain-free lower back. The stronger both sets of muscles are, the more support and stability they provide. The Best Fitness total core trainer lets you vary the starting position of your workouts between 15, 20, and 25 degrees, letting you design the most effective core workout for your situation. The simple pull of a pin makes it possible to control the angle of the bench to increase or decrease the intensity of each session. Other details include 6- and 4-inch high-density foam roller pads; 1.75-inch upholstered bench pads; and rubber-gripped positioning handles. Requiring minimal assembly, the core trainer measures 29 by 32 by 49.5 inches (W x H x D) and carries a three-year warranty.
Product Description Take your daily core workout and turn it up (or down) a few degrees! The Best Fitness Total Core Trainer combines the two most popular core workouts, an ab crunch and a back hyperextension, into one, easy-to-use machine. The back hyperextension works comfortably from a standing position, providing a low-impact back workout, while the ab crunches will help you build abdominal muscles that are crucial to maintaining lumbar spine strength. The stronger these muscles are, the more support and stability they can provide. The Best Fitness Total Core Trainer allows you to vary the starting position of your workouts between 15, 20 and 25 degrees. The simple pull of a pin enables you control the angle of the bench to increase or decrease the intensity of each session. Best of all, the BFHYP10 comes completely assembled, meaning right out of the box, you're ready to rock!

Not For Taller People December 7, 2008 I purchased this product to save space and replace a broken hyper bench.
Unfortunately, the Best Fitness ab board/hyper bench was not a good purchase for me. At 6'2", the bench did not accommodate my height very well and the hyper bench did not provide enough range of movement. In short, it did neither of the jobs well enough to keep it around.
On the plus side, the quality and finish were very nice and this would probably be a very good investment for people under 5'9".
Not bad for the price August 31, 2008 Although a bit confusing in the assembly instruction it is very sturdy for the price. Overall it works for the space where I have to place it.
Equipment works great, but assembly directions are useless January 7, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I bought this item as a Christmas gift. The receipient enjoys it immensely as both a Roman Chair style machine and a sit-up bench. It is solidly constructed and has adjustable legs and height. The cushions allow the user to relax while using the machine to stretch the back muscles. My only complaint is that the assembly directions provided only showed exploded diagrams of the product, and no simple step by step directions. This made the gift incredibly frustrating until we finally figured out how to put it together.
