There are significantly better options available. This is a rickety and flimsy piece of equipment that breaks easily.

This doesn't work if you're short given the fact that you can't bend this thing right since you're center or core is different from taller folks.

I and my spouse really loves this workout machine. It's not very big and easy to store. This machine not only works out your ABs but also your arms and legs. It's like a full body workout in one. It comes with an excellent workout video to show you all the ways to work out on the machine.

i was pleasantly surprised by the results i got from using the coremaster ab bench. it was delivered already assembled and is built well. i hope to have this product for many years.

This is fun to use, and highly effective (much more so than those ab lounges) it's impossible to have improper form with this bench, and it folds down for storage quickly and easily.
I definitely recomend this.
