Targeted the right muscle groups, losing inches in just a few minutes a day. The only minor drawback is the middle handle came loose. Fixed it by putting oversized washers with the screw to tighten it.

The ab lounger plus is durable, easy to use,and reasonably easy to assemble. The only drawback that I have observed is that it is not easily stored or broken down for easy storage. It does target the abdominal muscles that I was seeking to tone.
