Easy way to a hard workout November 14, 2008
Using this product in conjunction with the Perfect Pull Up produced a quick but strenuous abdominal workout. Set up time was less than two minutes including removing the product from the box, removing the plastic from the straps, taking the pull up handles off the Perfect Pull Up bar and installing the ab straps! Installation could not be easier! And the workout is great. Following the moves on the workout poster (included) gives you a complete abdominal workout without the neck pain associated with crunches!
I love this product!
