I am getting stronger but it's taking longer then 6 weeks.. September 3, 2008
I use it three times a week along with weights... I like the simplicity when going from one exercise set to another... I have already ordered the 310 upgrade and will most likely need to 410 upgrade soon...
Works great when integrating it with normal weight lifting...
