Just keep on inflating March 3, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I originally thought the ball was fully inflated and was only 46 cm, so I was disappointed. However, a friend who knows more about fitness balls than I said the ball was definitely not inflated to the maximum. So now it's 55 cm and it didn't pop when I sat on it. I'd say I'm very happy with it. An instruction sheet and some system to know when the ball is fully inflated would be VERY helpful. Other people have complained about the pump, and yes, it takes a while to inflate the ball with it, but it does work. The company has changed the tip for the pump (I received both the old one and the new one), and it doesn't leak and fits the inflation hole well. The DVD is useless unless you have a fitness band, and the product description doesn't state that the video requires a fitness band.
Ball is OK, DVD is disappointing February 21, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am happy with my ball, although I feel like it does lose air after a workout. Also I didn't realize you need bands for the DVD & I feel like the DVD was too short & didn't give enough options how to use your ball.
Love it January 12, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have lower back problems. My PT suggested i buy a stability ball to do some core strength exercises. I love this ball!
Wish it came with a booklet of exercises.
Glad it has it's own pump.
55 cm = great chair height for me November 12, 2006 I have been getting back aches ever since I began to sit a lot for work. I got this ball and use it for a chair, and my back aches went away. I also noticed a flatter stomach!! I have a low desk and this ball is perfect for me to sit on. If you have a standard size desk a 65cm ball may be better. Also fast shipping. :)
I Love The Ball October 31, 2006 13 out of 15 found this review helpful
I love the ball, but I followed the height and size (55cm). It was too small I have to go get a 65cm. I also bought with it the "Fat to Firm Fitness Ball Workout for Dummies" It was a great workout. Other than getting the size wrong I love the ball.
